Tour guide will introduce you to some of Hanoi’s finest local cuisine. We will eat as strolling around Hanoi Old Quarter . You will have the opportunity to see many other kinds of street foods. Be treated to the delights of the Vietnamese cuisine, you will have a chance to taste some of the most famous dishes of Hanoi people. Our local guide will give you an insight into the intricacies and traditions of Vietnamese food culture, including details on ingredients and historical backgrounds of popular northern dishes. Many delicious dishes are waiting for your tasting in the old quarter as noodles with grilled pork (bun cha), flat rice noodles (pho), Hanoi local bread, Viet fried/fresh spring rolls (nem ran/pho cuon and banh pho). Continuing into the atmospheric heart of the Old Quarter, we wander past street stalls and quiet residential lanes where you can observe local life that has changed little since Hanoi was founded over 1000 years ago.
Then, the car will pick up then transfer your group to train street, you can drink a cup of Vietnamese coffee/egg coffee or Vietnamese tea, listen about railway history, view the local life and see the train passing. You can take many nice photos if you want on colorful train street.
